Ticket Help
If you bought a ticket and cannot find it, check your email, SMS inbox, and the My Tickets page after signing in.
Payments
If a payment is pending or duplicated, wait a few minutes before retrying. If money was captured but no ticket appears, contact support with your order number.
Organizer Support
Organizers can use the dashboard to manage events, review ticket sales, and scan tickets at the venue entrance.
